OS processes your personal data as a controller, i.e. it determines how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long, and selects any other processors who will be involved in the processing.
OS respects the right to privacy and to the protection of personal data of all persons who visit the website or contact OS through it, or by telephone or email (hereinafter also the “visitor”, the “user” or “you”). Your personal data are processed in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The purpose of this statement is to inform you how we process your personal data, in particular about their categories, the scope and purpose of the processing, the recipients of the data and your rights. By providing personal data, you acknowledge that OS may process these data in the manner and for the purposes set out below. If you do not agree with this statement, please do not provide your personal data.

2. What personal data about you does OS collect?
OS collects only such personal data as you voluntarily provide yourself or as OS obtains through the website or in the course of communication with you.
The personal data about you that OS collects and processes as a controller may include:
- your identification and address data (e.g. title, first name, surname, place of residence);
- your contact details (e.g. contact address, email and telephone);
- electronic data (e.g. IP address, cookies, browser type);

3. Why does OS process personal data?
OS processes personal data for the purposes of providing services, performing contracts, processing and handling enquiries, communicating with clients and marketing. You are under no statutory obligation to provide your personal data; providing personal data is entirely voluntary. Without your personal data, however, OS cannot provide you with the requested services or respond to your requests and comments, either at all or in the required quality.
4. Use of cookies
To improve the provision of services, the website uses cookies. Cookies are small files stored in your browser or on your computer’s hard drive. They help your device remember the pages you have visited and your preferences, for example your preferred language or the consents you have given.

The purpose of such a transfer is the provision of the requested service or product. The provider of services or products will process your personal data independently of OS as an independent controller.
Your personal data may, to the extent necessary, be transferred to processors with whom OS has concluded a data processing agreement. Your personal data may be accessed by OS as the controller of personal data and, where applicable, by other persons with whom OS cooperates in the course of its activities. These persons have access only to the data they need to provide the service, and only for the period strictly necessary.
OS may also provide your personal data to a requesting public authority (e.g. a court or the Police of the Czech Republic), to the extent and under the conditions laid down by generally binding legal regulations. These recipients will process your personal data independently, as independent controllers.
6. Are your personal data transferred outside the EU or the EEA?
As a general rule, OS does not transfer personal data obtained through the website outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, if any of the recipients of your personal data processes personal data in a country outside the EEA, OS may also transfer your personal data to such a third country.
In such a case, OS will ensure that your personal data are transferred subject to appropriate safeguards, for example by concluding standard contractual clauses with the recipient of the personal data.

If you are under 15 years of age and wish to give consent to the processing of your personal data through the website (e.g. by subscribing to a newsletter), please ask your parents, guardians or other legal representatives to approve such a step before you provide any personal data. Without such approval, you are not entitled to provide your personal data.
8. Security of collected data and data retention period

You have a number of rights in connection with the processing of your personal data. However, certain exceptions apply to the exercise of these rights, so it may not be possible to exercise them in all situations. If you exercise your rights and your request is found to be justified, OS will take the requested measures without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of your request; in justified cases, this period may be extended by up to two further months.
